This machine meets the requirements of "GMP". It is made of 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with medicines are made of 316L stainless steel. It is the main metering and filling machine in the powder injection production line. It is used for powder filling, stopper inserting and capping of vials, and can also be used for other similar powder filling and sealing operations. After the bottles enter the filling area through the turntable, the powder filling port is aligned with the center of the bottle mouth. Then, the powder is pressed into the bottle by the metering screw. Controlled by a servo motor, it features high filling accuracy and high positioning accuracy. After filling, the bottles reach the stopper inserting station through the turntable. Stoppers are inserted using a vacuum sector plate and a shaker, ensuring high insertion efficiency and a good qualification rate. Caps are sorted by a vibrating bowl and automatically put on. The capping is done by a three - knife capping method, which is highly reliable, easy to adjust and has high efficiency.
